Submit and track a merchant referral

Partners can submit referrals through the referral form in the partner portal.

You can register a lead you are closing yourself or submit a lead for the Flexxbuy/Coach Financing team to handle.

A lead may be tagged before enrollment. It does not become an enrolled merchant or account until enrollment occurs, so a referral’s creation date and the merchant’s enrollment date describe different events.

If a record, date, status or attribution needs review, contact partners@flexxbuy.com. The assistant cannot inspect or change partner records.
