Manage Byzly users or request CSP user access

Byzly and Credit Select Plus have different user-management processes.

Byzly user management

Merchant/admin users can add or remove Byzly users and set their roles and permissions. In Byzly, open User Management to manage your team. Select Add New to open the Add User form, and review the available role and permission choices for that user.

If you cannot access User Management, a supported control is not working, or you need help beyond the documented self-service path, contact info@flexxbuy.com.

CSP user access

CSP users must be added by internal staff. Send CSP user-access requests to info@flexxbuy.com and identify the request as CSP access.

Security and account changes

For login-email changes or other access problems beyond the supported self-service path, contact the team. Sofia can explain approved instructions, but cannot inspect or change accounts, users, roles or permissions for you. Do not share passwords, verification codes or another person's credentials in chat.
