Byzly business branding and CSP application-page branding are managed separately.
Update your Byzly logo and business information
- In Byzly, select Setup to open Business Setup.
- Select Add Logo to open your computer's file picker and choose the logo file.
- Update your business-profile information, such as business name, contact details, website and address. All Byzly business-profile information is editable by the merchant. For the website, enter the full URL including
https://; entering only a bare domain can fail. - Review your changes before selecting Save.
Byzly branding appears on invoices and payment links. A logo added in Setup also appears in the product form; the plus control on that form opens the file picker to add a logo.
If a field is unavailable or an upload or save does not work, contact info@flexxbuy.com. The assistant cannot change your account.
Request CSP application-page changes
Your CSP customer application page can use a customized color scheme, logo, business name and application URL. The internal technical team makes those CSP changes. Send your request to info@flexxbuy.com.
