💰 Partner Commission Overview
As a Flexxbuy sales partner, you earn both one-time enrollment commissions and recurring residuals for every merchant you refer who signs up and processes transactions through our platform. This guide explains exactly how your commissions are calculated and provides examples so you know what to expect.
🏁 1. Enrollment Commissions
You earn $200 every time a merchant you refer signs up and pays the $399 setup fee for their Flexxbuy account.
Example:

You refer a business.

The business enrolls and pays the $399 setup fee.
✅ You earn $200.
That’s it — simple and instant. Every new active merchant equals $200 in your pocket.
💵 2. Residual (Ongoing) Commissions
After the merchant is active, you also earn recurring residuals on every transaction processed through their Flexxbuy account.
Here’s how it works:

Flexxbuy charges the merchant 4.9% on each funded transaction.

You receive 40% of those fees — for the lifetime of that account.
Example:
A merchant sells a $10,000 product or service using Flexxbuy:

Merchant fee: 4.9% × $10,000 = $490

Your residual: 40% × $490 = $196
So you’d earn $196 from that single transaction — and you’ll continue to earn every time that merchant processes new sales through Flexxbuy.
🔁 3. Lifetime Earnings Potential
Once you refer a merchant, you keep earning as long as they stay active. There’s no limit on the number of merchants you can refer or how much you can earn.
Example:
If you referred 10 merchants, and each did $50,000 in Flexxbuy-financed sales per year:

$50,000 × 4.9% = $2,450 fees per merchant

40% of $2,450 = $980 residual per merchant

10 merchants × $980 = $9,800 per year in recurring commissions
That’s on top of your initial $2,000 in enrollment commissions (10 × $200).
