We use Bill.com to send commissions and residuals quickly, securely, and directly to your bank.

🧭 What Is Bill.com?

Bill.com is a payment platform trusted by thousands of businesses. It handles the secure transfer of funds between Flexxbuy and your bank account — similar to direct deposit, but easier to manage and track.

Once you’re set up, your payments will arrive automatically, without any manual action needed from you.

⚙️ How It Works

Here’s what happens when Flexxbuy sends your payment:

  1. You’ll receive an email from Bill.com
    Look for a message from notifications@hq.bill.com with the subject line like “Flexxbuy has sent you a payment.”

  2. Click the link in the email
    You’ll be prompted to create your free Bill.com account if you don’t already have one.

  3. Add your bank account
    Enter your checking or savings account info so Bill.com can deposit payments directly to you.

  4. Receive your funds automatically
    Once your bank is linked, payments will deposit automatically each time Flexxbuy issues commissions — typically within 2–3 business days of the payment being sent.

💡 First-time setup: Your first payment may take an extra day or two while Bill.com verifies your account.

🏦 Withdrawal Options

You have two ways to receive your money:

  • ACH Direct Deposit (recommended):
    Fastest and free. Payments automatically transfer to your bank once sent.

  • Paper Check:
    If you don’t link a bank account, Bill.com can mail a check instead (may take up to 7 business days and may incur a small fee).
