🔌 How to Connect Providers in the Payment Hub
Byzly makes it simple to connect new payment providers — whether it’s a credit card processor, wallet, or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of adding and activating a provider in your Payment Hub.
Before You Begin
You’ll need:

An active merchant account with the provider you want to connect

Your provider’s API credentials (usually found in your provider’s dashboard)

A few minutes to complete the setup
If you don’t have a provider yet, you can apply for one directly through Byzly — just email info@byzly.com for guidance.
Step-by-Step: Connecting a Provider
1. Open the Payment Hub
From your Byzly dashboard, click on Payment Hub in the navigation menu.
2. Click on the Catalog
The catalog displays all available payment providers — including gateways, wallets, and BNPL options.
3. Select Your Provider
Click on the provider you want to add.
💡 If you already use that provider, skip to Step 7 to complete setup.
4. Open the Quick Start Guide
Click on “This Quick Start Guide” to access that provider’s detailed setup instructions.
5. Follow the Provider’s Setup Process
Each provider has a slightly different approval and configuration flow.
Follow the steps on their website to apply or connect your account.
6. Retrieve Your Credentials
Once approved, log in to your provider’s account and locate your credentials (API key, client ID, secret key, etc.).
If you don’t see them, contact the provider’s support team.
7. Enter Credentials in Byzly
Return to the provider page in Byzly and enter your credentials in the secure credential fields provided.
8. Activate the Provider
Click the Active toggle to enable the provider in your Payment Hub.
Your connection is now live and ready for transactions.
Example: Connecting AfterPay (BNPL)
After approval from AfterPay:

Retrieve your API credentials.

Enter them in Byzly under the AfterPay connection settings.

Click Active.
That’s it — AfterPay will now appear as a payment option in your checkout flows.
Troubleshooting Tips

Double-check that your credentials match the correct environment (test vs live).

If you get an authentication error, regenerate your API keys from the provider’s portal.
